Getting disqualified from surveys sucks.


At MultiPolls, we work hard to improve your survey conversion rate, which is the ultimate performance indicator for us. There are many reasons why disqualifications happen. Sometimes it's our fault, sometimes it's the user's fault, and sometimes it's just bad luck.


Here are some common reasons for disqualification:


Not passing qualification questions


From recent purchases to travel habits, qualification questions can be specific to the survey's subject matter. For instance, a survey on grocery shopping habits may inquire whether you have bought organic produce in the past 2 days. Similarly, a survey on transportation preferences may ask if you have used public transportation in the past month and if you prefer a car or a bicycle.  


Providing inconsistent or inaccurate answers


Survey creators want accurate answers, so they might disqualify you if your answers don't match up or if you're not paying attention. This can happen if you're multitasking, not reading the questions carefully, or not being honest.


Taking too long to complete the survey


Some surveys have time limits, so if you're taking forever, you might be disqualified. This can happen if you're not focused, if you're having technical issues, or if you're taking too long to think about your answers.


Taking the survey too quickly


Surveys have an average completion time that other people were able to achieve. If you're too fast, the researchers might think you're trying to take as many surveys as possible while providing random answers.


Gaming the system


Some survey apps and websites can tell if you're trying to cheat, like using multiple accounts or fake information. If they catch you, you might be disqualified from future surveys.

That's a great question! At MultiPolls, we understand that researchers are looking for specific people to participate in their surveys. To find these people, they sometimes ask filtering questions within the surveys. For example, a researcher may want to gather insights on a TV show that you watched last night. If you didn't watch any TV, then that survey is not a good fit for you.


To help reduce the chances of disqualification, we create profiles of our users by asking them a variety of questions. This helps us to find the best surveys for each individual. However, it's important to read the instructions and to answer the questions honestly and accurately. By doing this, you can reduce the number of times you're disqualified from surveys.


And don't worry if a particular survey isn't a good fit, we always have more surveys available in the future. Plus, we still give you a small bonus for trying. So don't be a party pooper and follow the rules!
